The pool is open from June through September. <br>To keep you cool during the Ardèche summer heat, the entire house is air-conditioned.<br>Perfect for comfort and privacy, this property is ideal for families or groups of friends, thanks to its large 70 m² living room. It’s a pleasure to gather—even in large groups—in the spacious living room with its large, comfortable sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the kitchen island invites you to cook together with others!<br> Its large garden has plenty of shaded areas where everyone can find their own private spot to relax.<br><br>Located in a residential area, the property is not suitable for noisy evening parties. Making noise after 10 p.m. is prohibited.
