A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a double bed (140 cm), and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), two bathrooms, two toilets, and a children's playroom/office/home cinema (with a double bed (140 cm)) complete this level, all opening onto a large main terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
