Around this haven of peace, you’ll find many hidden gems: the authentic town of Pont-Audemer, Bec-Hellouin—listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—and the charming village of Cormeilles, whose streets are lined with half-timbered houses.<br><br>Nestled in the heart of the Montfort National Forest, the house sits on a large, one-hectare private, unfenced lot. On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area; a comfortable living room with a TV and fireplace where you can warm up by the fire; and, adjoining it, a dining room with a bookshelf, a Bluetooth turntable, and a small office area. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Upstairs, in the attic, you’ll find a relaxation area on the landing with a two-person sofa bed and TV, a Super Nintendo 2, and approximately 300 DVDs.
