Perfectly located within easy access to the best of Rosebud and the peninsula. There are stunning local beaches, the Rosebud pier, world class golf courses, foreshore walking tracks, and fabulous cafes, bars, and shopping facilities. The fully fenced front yard offers total privacy and security for kids to play. There are 2 driveway parking spaces.
Please note there is no access to the garage.
