L'Eventail is a family house, 6-8 adults and 2-4 children/babies depending on, recently restored, surrounded by a large enclosed garden, wooded and spacious, in a private domain, in the quiet countryside of the Pays d'Auge, with a very nice sea view. New terrace (April 2025).
The house is spacious, warm, it is good to live in!
The estate has 2 tennis courts reserved for residents.
You will find all shops within a 5-minute drive in Touques, Deauville and Trouville, the train station, beaches and various activities are 6 kilometers away.
Several golf courses very close.
For a pleasant stay, a car is essential.

The house is not on one level, a step to access it and the bedrooms are all upstairs.
